FLYING A LEADING UK ORCHESTRA TO THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA

The Albion passenger department was called into action to fly a leading UK orchestra at short notice to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a high-profile concert.  The orchestra consisted of 63 musicians, including strings, woodwinds, brass and percussions players.  The Albion team was tasked with finding the right aircraft type which could accommodate all the musicians, their personal baggage and instruments.  Arranging the charter was far from straight forward due to the short lead time until the flight dates and the lack of suitable aircraft available in the charter market. Despite all of these challenges, the charter flight was executed successfully and the orchestra arrived in good time into Saudi Arabia for their performance and then returned back to the UK four days later.  The Albion team ensured that flight managers were placed at both the departure and arrival airports and had a representative travel on both the flights to ensure that everything went smoothly.  Below is just one of the testimonials that we received..…

Dear Lewis, Thank you so much for your support through this process. There was a real sense of having you alongside us.  The result is that the orchestra had a very smooth and enjoyable trip” Events Director.
