Although it’s associated with being the pinnacle of luxury travel, booking a private jet for charter is relatively simple with Albion Aviation Group – find out more below.

Finding the right private jet for your needs starts with finding the right company to source the jet, and there are essentially two types of companies that can provide these for the client, an operator and a charter broker. Operators own, maintain and fly aircraft, and are often restricted to their specific fleets or aircraft available through a pool of other operators. Private jet charter brokers on the other hand are essentially expert account managers who act on behalf of the clients and a host of operators, with a much wider selection of aircraft available around the world.

There are also predominantly two types of flying product, the first being on-demand private jet charter which allows full flexibility and the ability to fly as and when you want. The second, and for more frequent travellers, is to prepay for private jet travel via a jet card membership or by utilising fractional ownership. These are often seen as less flexible though useful when flying regularly on a specific aircraft and flying regularly.

Finding the right private jet aircraft for your needs is critical and there are a number of key factors to consider.  Where the passengers would like to travel to and from, how many passengers will there be, the amount of luggage they have and their particular requirements for a private jet with budget in mind – for example, an on-board bathroom, super-fast Wi-Fi or a stand-up cabin.

Our expert team can advise on the suitability of the private jet, and with access to some 40,000 private jets worldwide, we have the ability to provide the most suitable options for your needs, along with our recommendations on the best airports to fly in and out of dependant on your requirements. Our Aircraft Guide provides a key overview on the different types of private jet available for charter, and our Destination Guide also has detailed information on the best FBOs to utilise.

Safety is also a top priority when choosing your aircraft. At Albion Aviation Group, all of the operators we work with undertake stringent safety protocols, with many being Argus and Wyvern rated, allowing our clients to travel in complete peace of mind. We also ensure every aircraft is thoroughly disinfected prior to flying.

At Albion Aviation Group, we work in collaboration with our clients to provide a range of options, and once their desired aircraft and route is chosen, and price agreed, we undertake the correct contractual obligations. The signed contract will then lock in the requested flight with the client then completing payment prior to departure, with any optional extras such as bespoke catering or ground transportation, included in the final bill.

The client will subsequently be sent a charter itinerary with all the details about their flight, including departure details and the specific private terminal (Fixed Based Operator) to attend and catch their flight from. We also commonly send a post-flight report to best serve the needs of our clients.
